Roux Paw Charles is Zach’s two year old male Goldendoodle. Roux joined Zach’s family during the pandemic and he quickly became is best friend!
Roux’s name is inspired by one of Zach’s role models, Ru-Paul Charles. And to keep his Louisiana Culture, he changed the spelling of Ru to Roux (the base of a gumbo).
Roux is a registered emotional support animal and takes his job very seriously! Roux loves to play in the yard, chasing squirrels with his big sister, Ellie.

Ellie Marie Stewart
Ellie Marie Stewart, originally born into poverty on the streets of Fort Worth, Texas is Trey’s five year old Pit Bull and Princess!
Ellie quickly grew into her privileged lifestyle, which she was not a fan of sharing once Zach came into the picture. Ellie was less than pleased that not only did she have to now share her half of the bed with Zach, but he also came with baggage… Roux.
Ellie has since learned to tolerate her new Stepdad and his Son. She enjoys spending her days napping on the couch, defending the house from street cats and putting Roux into a choke hold.
Ellie does not have an Instagram account because her father does not believe any dog should… LOL!
